This putter was purchased about 10 years ago from jim butler at table rock golf. Jim is a longtime scotty Cameron dealer and I believe a personal friend of scotty. It is a scotty Cameron del mar pro platinum head with "double trouble pat pend" stamped in the club and it has a sticker with US patent 6,277,031. This patent is owned by scott Cameron and chuck cheeks. (). The putter has a red and black baby t grip. I sent this club in to the authentication studio 7-8 years ago and got the letter in the picture back. I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone at the studio who could tell me how this wasn't affiliated with the studio(maybe because chuck cheeks is also on the patent??) There certainly is a chance that someone with knowledge or an in to scotty or his people could have this resubmitted for an A cert.Feel free to call me at 713-302-6777.
