Regular flex-graphiteGrips are the original grips-may or may not need to change them-no rips or cracking though and certainly can be used-they look greatHeads are good with typical wear--the 7 iron has a couple scratches on back of iron face,  all others have play wear for example as shown in pictures--the 4 iron is also shown and is a example of the better of the set. I set the condition as good (I rate irons as poor-fair-good-very good-excellent-new)....so please look at pictures--good means typical wear with scratches, slight dings from cleaning and play etc.
