FOR AUCTION : Scotty Cameron 'Studio Design' Putter Model No. 2 Refurbishment. The colour is solid Black with a light sheen and looks almost mint. Length overall - 34 1/2"Approx. head weight - 330 grms.Lie- 71 degreesLoft- 4 degreesThis model design is a classic from the Scotty Cameron 'stable' and has classic flowing lines and is great to look at. The white sight dot really stands out at address against the black finish and the white alignment line of the Putter helps alignment at set up. The putter head is made from Carbon Steel, a relatively dense metal, which has had all the 'ding's', 'knocks' and major scratches taken out and which gives a superb softer feel at impact.The head has then been re-polished to a very high standard and the words / motifs re-touched as needed. This has been followed by a 4 stage chemical blackening chemical etch that provides a very hard wearing surface. A penetrating oil process is also applied to give up to 18 months of corrosion protection. This can be extended by giving the putter head a careful wipe down with a gun cloth [oil] or similar after each use. These can be bought on E Bay for about £5 separately.I will include a small Remington gun wipe to get you moving. The shaft is in very good condition and the overall length of the Putter is 34 1/2" The grip is a Black with white lettering CAMERON 'Studio Design' pistol grip which is Brand New. An almost mint CAMERON Yellow Studio Design original head cover completes the offer and makes a great combination with this Putter.These go for £40+ on E Bay alone.This quality of refurbishment is rare in this condition today and if properly looked after should hold its value. It will be sent fully protected, boxed, and by a signed for and insured courier. There will also be a set of care notes included.This would be a great putter to use or for the collector.
