The head, shaft, swingweight and length are carefully optimized for the targeted golfer to achieve high launch and low spin for maximum distance and accuracy. At the same time, the G812 driver benefits from many of the same technology innovations of the adult-sized G driver: Dragonfly Technology, Vortec Technology, Crown Turbulators, and more. Overview No longer does the junior golfer have to play with dad’s cut-down driver. We proved that in testing, where the custom-engineered G812 driver outperformed the industry-leading junior driver with 3.5 mph faster ball speed, 15 yards in distance, and a 50% higher MOI. The G812 driver is specially optimized with an appropriate 195g head mass, 15° loft, A8 swingweight, aerodynamic crown technology, faster face, and a shorter (41"), lighter counterbalanced shaft to maximize speed, distance and accuracy for players ages 8 to 12. (In testing, the G812 driver MOI was 37% greater high-low on the face and 25% greater heel-toe than our PING Moxie driver.) Though built to fit the body type and swing speed of juniors, the G812 driver boasts most of the same innovations of an adult-sized G driver: Dragonfly Technology for extreme CG and maximum MOI; Vortec Technology and Crown Turbulators to make the head more aerodynamic and faster; a precision-machined Ti 6-4 variable thickness face for added ball speed; and a centrifugally cast Ti 8-1-1 body that allows for a higher MOI and extreme accuracy that will help juniors find the fairway and build their confidence.     Condition Chart 10 - BRAND NEW!  Never Hit.  Still in the plastic.  No Shop Wear or any blemishes at all. 9.9 - New, Never Hit.  May have light shop wear like “rug burn” from being scuffed against the carpet.  May have very light surface scratches from contact with other clubs in the shop. 9.5 - Like New.  May have been hit a couple times. In some cases only off a mat. Will only show a few light marks on the face or sole.  Paint and shaft will be nearly perfect. 9 - Mint.  Used 1-3 rounds and has little cosmetic wear.  Light scratches on face and sole and likely very light scuffs in the clear coat of painted surfaces.  Nothing resembling a sky mark at all!  Plays like new.  You are likely to put more wear on it in one practice session. 8.5 - Excellent!  Used 4-10 rounds and has little cosmetic wear.  No serious scratches or chips in paint.  May have a few very tiny flecks or light scratches.  May show a little groove wear but is in perfect playing condition. 8 - Very Good.  Used for a season or two under normal conditions.  Irons may have some groove wear.  Faces may show some scratching and soles may have small dings on the leading edges.  The painted surfaces will be in decent condition with no GLARING blemishes.  Any sky-ball marks or scratches will be light and not “through the paint”.  Grips will be playable but likely not in “new” condition. Overall playability will be excellent! 7.5 - Sky-ball marks, gouges, dings and paint chips will be pretty obvious.
