If you ordered the wrong item(s), we will from time to time accept an uninstalled parts and give you a store credit, less a 20% restocking fee, if you ship back at your own cost. Kool Karts reserve the right to refuse the item if item is damaged while being shipped back to us. Certain items may be ordered that may be on back order with the manufacturer. We will give you the expected date of delivery, at that point you can choose to wait for the item or opt to have your money refunded. This is the only time that funds will be refunded without approval from management. NO Refunds on special order items unless Kool Karts is at fault.
