I have a nearly new optishot 2 golf simulator and a Sony VPL-VW50 1080p projector for sale.
I literally have only played one golf range session on it. The Sony projector is in excellent cosmetic and working condition. It is awesome for movies also! Just replaced the bulb and air filter on it. The bulb isn't one of those cheap overseas crap you buy for $50. Does not come with remote.
I originally bought this setup for my garage, but would rather play real life golf instead. My loss, your gain.
