This auction is for an awesome, Matrix Ozik Code 8 stiff flex (274 CPMs) fairway shaft with a Titleist 915 F style adapter (It is aftermarket but has been tested to ensure proper adjustability) offering up to 3* of adjustabilty in your Titleist 915 or 913 F/Fd fairway head. This is an amazing shaft. The shaft is in pretty good condition with just normal bag wear in the form of nicks, scuffs, scrapes, and scratches. All superficial, nothing that would affect playability. The grip is a new, black/white DTG Tour Velvet style grip. The shaft measures just over 42.25" inches which means it should play just about 43" inches in your Titleist fairway head. The beautiful new Ozik Code 8 is the latest in the new Ozik franchise from Matrix. Tour pros complained that most ultra light shafts lack "feel". The Code 8 features a heavier tip section that promotes momentum and more head feel. The mid section is where things get interesting. Code 8 has 50 count boron placed 10-12" from the butt of the shaft for a special "hinge" in the mid section for a very high moment of inertia. This shaft is best for fairway woods or the stronger , quicker tempo player who needs the heavier weight for control.
