1. To start a return, find the item in the Purchase history section of My Ebay  and select Return this item. Select a reason for returning the item. Please do this before returning the item to us directly. 2. Returns must be in original packaging and unused condition. Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice and reason for return.  Merchandise returned after 15 days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days of receiving returned merchandise. 3. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns not related to miss shipments or defective merchandise.  For returns of free-shipping items, standard shipping rates will be deducted from the refund. 4. For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for both the return shipping and the replacement shipping cost. 5. When returning a product, please ensure that the item is properly packaged 6. We will provide return shipping label in the case where (a) item was damaged or (b) received the wrong product.
