This is an army service spike strip, similar to those utilized by US law enforcement. It was deployed with a mechanized combat unit to the Afghanistan OT to be utilized at roadblocks and checkpoints. This device is "used" in the sense that it has been carried around in the event that it was needed, but was never actually taken from its case or deployed. It was released to me after the deployment as a "surplus" equipment item. All the rubber lance-guards are still intact; the device and its deployment/retrieval components are in mint condition, while the case has some typical storage wear. Comes with manual and lance repair/replacement kit and replacement lances.
