I dont know where to start here as the item listed is quite unique and RARE - An AUTOGRAPHED/REGISTRATION SHEET FROM 1867 GRAND GOLF TOURNAMENT, LEITH and with exhaustive research etc,etc...I am yet to find any more information apart from what is provided here.I obtained this a number of years ago from a person who was contracted to under-go major building work at a world famous golf course situated in Scotland in 1974.I was informed that whilst inner building work was in process , this item and other golf items were discovered in an old store room which had been bricked up at some point in time .Also found were 2 sets of golf clubs,balls, documents and even some clothes which they remember vividly as they caused quite a few laughs amongst the ground staff, all of which were given to head of staff to deal with .The reason this item was obtained was because part of the page/sheets was used to write down materials order for rendering ,cement,plaster etc.and after informing staff about this later- was told they could keep it.Since then it was pushed aside and forgotten about for a few years until a flood caused damage to his home in the 70's ,and whilst cleaning up it was re-discovered.Over the last few years I have tried to research further into this with little success.I have also included names to match the autographs on one of the pics.If anyone can assist further , this would be greatly appreciated.Thanks (NOTE; COPY OF PHOTOGRAPH PICTURED IN LISTING WITH NAMES IS REPRODUCTION)Sheet Measures 215 mm x 85mm$50 International Shipping Tracking and Signature Required.$25 Australia Registered Post.
