We cannot see the condition of your item when it arrives.. therefore, it is up to the buyer to initiate a claim with the postal service, with our help of course, and we suggest taking photos of any item received damaged.. as well as THE BOX it came in.We CANNOT be responsible for a package once it leaves us..
The carrier certainly charges enough money for shipping.. PLUS the added cost for insurance.. and are high-tec enough with their automated systems.
