Excellent condition P3Proswing golf simulator with turf top. I ran the built-in diagnostic. and all 64 IR receivers and unit were fully functional.  Comes with everything needed to operate including the 20 courses disc ($$$ upgrade). The latest software version is downloaded from  for free along with other add-ons such as the swing analyzer. I will include a 720p projector with buy now price. Also includes the power, USB cords and launch angle camera.This simulator is amazing but unfortunately I have to expand my home office. The unit new is $999.  The grass turf upgrade is $29.95 (what I paid) and the 20 course upgrade is another $138.PLEASE MESSAGE WITH ANY QUESTIONS!
