Tour Edge Exotics CB Pro Limited Edition (1st Generation) fairway wood:
17.5° loftMen's RIGHT-HANDEDSTIFF flexFujikura Speeder 757 shaft (factory original) shaft.......77g, 2.6° torque, LOW launch, LOW spin. This is the real deal shaft, not a "made for" look alike or OEM shaft. This shaft alone sold for $350. The shaft is the main reason why this Exotics fairway wood originally sold for $499.42.625" clublength withOUT grip, 0.625" over standard length. Standard length for this club is 42.00". My GolfWorks bench measuring device measured this club at 42.25" when it was brand new. A 0.375" (3/8") aftermarket extension was professionally added (see picture). It seems all Tour Edge Exotics clubs measure 0.25" (1/4") longer than indicated as factory length. All other brands are dead on accurate.58.0° lie angle (factory default)D2 swingweight (factory default) even with extension added & factory original grip. Because I switched the grip from a standard size Iomic Sticky (@ 50g) to a midsize Iomic Sticky (@ 56g), the swingweight is now D1. Switching the grip back to a standard size at the standard 50g grip weight will move the swingweight back to the original D2.Iomic Sticky 2.3 (standard size) grip (all black color, round). The grip is brand new because when I originally ordered this club from Tour Edge, I had them not install the grip & had them ship it loose in the box. I installed & played with my own midsize gripMint factory original leather headcover from Stitch
Until recently, I owned (4) identical Exotics CB Pro fairway woods (14.5°, 15.5°, 16.5° & 17.5°) with the idea I'd rotate them in & out of my bag depending on course conditions & mood. The 16.5° is by far my favorite & in my bag 98% of the time. I sold the 14.5° two weeks ago. The 17.5° is going up for sale now & the 15.5° will probably go up for sale before the end of the summer as I try to consolidate my collection of clubs.The club is in very good condition with limited signs of usage & NO sky marks.
