Description
This is a set of tour issue Nippon N.S. Pro Prototype shafts in X flex. Set make-up is 4-PW. They are 3/8" longer than standard length. The shafts were soft stepped, so they will play to an S+ flex. The 4 iron shaft is 37 7/8" long, which will be a playing length of 38 7/8" when installed into a head, which is 3/8" over standard length. Each shaft is 1/2" shorter down to the PW shaft, which is cut 1/4" shorter than the 9I. The picture of the tips of the shafts is intended to show that they are cut to the appropriate length differentials. These shafts adhere to PGA Tour tolerances for flex and weight, which is far tighter than retail tolerances. One of the best players in the world played with these shafts, so they have to be exact. The shafts are in perfect condition and do not have grips. I have various Golf Pride grips should you need them.
